Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: June 2026
This policy applies to all users with access to the Sawdust catalog and listening rooms, operated by Armaku Pte. Ltd.
Permitted use
Catalog access is granted for the purpose of evaluating and licensing tracks for commercial use within the scope defined in your agreement. You may preview tracks, request licensing, and use licensed tracks within your agreed channels and territories.
Prohibited conduct
You may not download, copy, or record catalog tracks outside of explicitly granted download rights. You may not share your access credentials or listening room links with parties outside your organization without written approval from Sawdust. You may not use catalog tracks in any project before a license record has been issued and confirmed. You may not use Sawdust tracks to train AI models, generate derivative works, or create competing music catalogs.
Access sharing
Listening room access is tied to your account. If a colleague in your organization requires access, contact your account manager. Sharing access links externally is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension.
Misrepresentation
You may not misrepresent your intended use of tracks during the licensing process. If your intended use changes after a license is issued, you must notify Sawdust and obtain an amended agreement before proceeding.
Consequences of breach
Breach of this policy may result in immediate suspension of catalog access, termination of your agreement, and pursuit of damages for unauthorized use. Armaku reserves the right to audit usage against license records at any time.
