Terms of Service

Effective date: June 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Sawdust catalog and licensing services operated by Armaku Pte. Ltd. By submitting an inquiry, entering a pilot agreement, or activating a subscription, you agree to these terms.

The service

Sawdust provides access to a curated catalog of original music tracks for commercial licensing purposes. Access is gated and account-specific. Catalog access does not transfer any ownership of tracks or underlying rights.

License scope

Each track used commercially requires a valid license record. The specific channels, territories, term, and permitted uses are defined in your signed license agreement. Use outside those defined parameters is not authorized. If you require uses beyond your current agreement, you must request an amendment before proceeding.

Subscriptions and pilots

A pilot engagement grants time-limited access to a specific playlist or collection. A subscription retainer grants ongoing access to entitled catalog areas for the duration of the agreement. Access expires automatically at term end unless renewed. Past licenses for tracks already in active campaigns remain valid after subscription expiry. New uses do not.

Payment

Fees are due as specified in your agreement. Annual prepayment is available with applicable discount. Late payment may result in access suspension. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are the responsibility of the licensee.

Intellectual property

All tracks in the Sawdust catalog are owned by Armaku Pte. Ltd. at the master, composition, and source material level. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any catalog asset. You may not sublicense, resell, or redistribute tracks outside the terms of your license agreement.

Termination

Either party may terminate a subscription with 30 days written notice. Armaku reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately for breach of these terms, non-payment, or misuse of catalog assets.

Limitation of liability

Sawdust provides catalog and licensing services on an as-is basis. Armaku’s total liability for any claim arising from this service is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. Armaku is not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
